Affordable, flexible, durable and effective Vacuum Clamping systems for the home and professional woodworker. These systems incorporate our proprietary two-stage vacuum generator to use less than one SCFM of shop air to generate over 40 lb of clamping force per clamp (with compressor at 100 psi). Even a small pancake type compressor can be used. Low airflow means low noise level as well. You can clamp anything from a 5" box to a six panel door with our systems. Using them is simple - hook the generator up to your air source, place the clamps on the bench, and drop your workpiece on them. The vacuum locks the workpiece to the bench. You can also use them on vertical surfaces, for example to end-drill a series of boards on your drill press. For template routing, drill a hole in your template. Place the template on top of the clamp, drop an extra seal on top of the template, and place your workpiece on the seal. The vacuum will lock the template to the workpiece and away you go.

Unlocking your workpiece is easy. Cover the exhaust port on the vacuum generator and your clamps pop right off.
