This flexible vacuum clamping system gives you the power to secure everything from a small jewelery box lid to a six panel door. The clamps attach themselves to the work surface and the workpiece with vacuum provided by the integrated vacuum generator. All you need is compressed air from your shop source! Our two stage vacuum generator uses minimal shop air to produce large clamping forces. Each 4" clamp generates 40 lb of clamping force. The generator has been engineered for low sound levels as well. Unlike bar clamps and K-clamps they do not project above the surface of the workpiece so you have freedom to work on the whole workpiece without having to stop and move clamps. This is ideal for sanding, planing and routing operations. They are much faster to use as well. Simply put them on the worksurface, place the workpiece on top and they instantly clamp with up to 40 lbs of force per clamp. To unlock them, cover the exhaust nozzle with your finger and they pop off. With this kit you get everything you need to work on a variety of projects - four clamps and the integrated vacuum generator. All you need to supply is the shop air!
